Highlights From Tri-County Senior Resource Referral Network!

The Tri-County Senior Resource Referral Network  designed as an opportunity for professionals who interact with elderly clients to come together to give and receive referrals and share resources. This month’s meeting was held at Providence Living at Pembroke Pines, Remember2™ team presented their Early Warning Focused Platform.

The gathering brought together leaders in senior living, healthcare, caregiving support, insurance, therapy, and other essential services dedicated to improving the aging experience. It was a powerful reminder that collaboration not competition drives better outcomes for seniors and their families.

During the presentation, the Remember2™ team shared how their platform, powered by Rm2.ai™, uses predictive insights and real-time monitoring to identify subtle changes in wellness before they escalate into emergencies. With features such as fall detection, hydration and medication reminders, and personalized wellness alerts, the system is designed to empower independence while reducing risk.

The open discussion that followed sparked valuable conversations about the future of proactive care and how technology can strengthen service delivery, communication, and coordination among professionals.

A heartfelt thank-you to the Tri-County Senior Resource Referral Network and Providence Living at Pembroke Pines for the invitation and for fostering a collaborative space where innovation and community come together for the seniors we proudly serve.

Together, through resource-sharing and innovation, we are shaping a safer, smarter, more connected aging experience for the seniors who depend on us at rm2.ai
